Medical

For companies within the medical field we offer direct mail billing, online bill-pay, and merchant services - all of which are compliant under HIPPA and PCI regulations. Our online payment system allows for payments to be captured and tracked both in the medical office and online within our patient payment portal; this system is EMV (Eurocard, MasterCard, and Visa) capable.  Our computer-based system allows for the practice to set up patients for recur billing. We also provide a texting service to allow practices to send SMS messages to patients, reminding them of appointments, payments, etc. 

Retail

In the retail sector, we offer state of the art computer-based as well as standalone point of sale devices, all of which are EMV, NFC (near-field communication), and Apple Pay capable. In addition, we offer help in setting up online merchant accounts and mobile device payment systems. Check services are available and work with the equipment we sell. We can work with grocery stores accepting EBT, with industrial accounts managing Level-3 pricing as well as big ticket pricing, and with mail-order / telephone-order (MOTO) accounts.

Education

Within the education sector we offer an array of services and equipment to schools and universities - all of our products are EMV capable. We can also assist schools or universities in the set up of programs to charge convenience fees to the cardholder. We have worked closely with schools and universities for years and have experience in setting up the most cost-effective methods for them to accept card payments. Our systems are particularly helpful in the tracking of transactions, making it easier to keep track of student accounts in receivables offices.
